Salvador Cuevas, or as most people knew him, Sal, was a resident of Elkhart, Indiana for 12 years. He passed away on December 29th at the age of 52. He is survived by his wife, Nora Larsen and his 3 daughters, Brenda, Emilia, and Ivanna.
He was known for always brightening the day of those around him with his jokes and a golden sense of humor. His family and friends remember him by his loving teasing. He was also well known to be a selfless person exemplified by his role in being a father and husband, and overall being a helpful hand to anyone in need.
He touched the lives of everyone who knew him and made friends with everyone who he came across in his daily routine. He had many things he loved to do, mainly he loved to cook and drive and had a passion for both. Whether it was trying new recipes for his family or whether it was being on the road for work as well as going on a lot of memorable road trips with his family. Music would be a big part of these trips as he would blast music from the 80s like no tomorrow as well as opera and classical music at full volume.
His family will remember him always as a part of their lives and hope to always carry him in spirit wherever they go. His wife, Nora, will always have him as her best friend while his daughters will always remember him as the best dad ever.
