Robert (Scruffy) Alsen passed away Sunday morning April 23, 2023, after his battle with cancer. He is preceded in death by his parents, Arthur Alsen Sr. and Tommy Lee Boekeloo and his youngest brother, Walter Knight. He is survived by his daughter, Alyssa Alsen and a brother, Arthur Alsen Jr. 4 sisters, Susin Williams, Tammy and Lena Alsen and Victoria (Robert) Gabe. Nieces and Nephews: Nicole, Jason, Jeni, Roy, Teri, Kevin, Letitia, Amber, James, Richard, Derrick, Keyona, Nicholas, Robert, Victor, Patricia, and many Great-Nieces and Nephews.
