Rhonald E. Peyton Sr.

Mr. Rhonald (Ronnie) Eugene Peyton Sr, son of the late Everette Peyton and Virginia Russell Peyton, was born on February 4, 1943, in Princeton, Indiana has passed away Friday, April 11th, 2025. He was preceded in death by his great grandson Oliver. Ronnie was united in holy matrimony to Sharon Ann Hess Peyton on September 20, 1963. This union was blessed with two children. Tammy Peyton Gibbs (Winfred Gibbs) of Punta Gorda, FL, and Rhonald Peyton Jr (Samantha Adkins) of Valparaiso, Indiana. Ronnie and Sharon have been blessed with eight grandchildren. Chadwick Peyton of Valparaiso, Indiana, Christina Peyton Angiollo and Daniel Angiollo of Cape Coral, Florida , Coy Peyton and Madison Brewer of Valparaiso, Indiana, Danielle Gibbs and Thomas Richards of Lake Station, Indiana, Kristopher Peyton and Becca Tuthill of Valparaiso, Indiana, Justice, Austin, Addy Peyton all of Valparaiso, Indiana. Ronnie has twelve great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. He is also survived by his two younger brothers, Larry and Cindy Peyton of Monticello, Indiana, and Jerry Peyton Sr. of DeMotte, Indiana. Ronnie was a long-time employee of Ford Motor Company, retiring after thirty-five years of service in September 1998. He was known for his sense of humor, kindness, work ethic, and his ability to make everyone around him feel valued. His memory will be forever etched in our hearts as a man of integrity and a true role model, and let’s not forget his pride and joy ’65 convertible cutlass he loved to cruise around in. A life celebration will be held in July with more details to be announced at a later date.
