Paul Stephen Rose

Paul Stephen Rose, 61, a resident of Hebron, IN, passed away on Thursday, June 1, 2023. He was born, April 21, 1962 in Chicago, the son of Louis Wayne Rose and Lucille Ida Rose.

Paul was active in many sports as a kid. He specifically loved basketball and baseball. He loved watching his western movies. He loved riding motorcycles and was an avid fisherman. The day prior to his passing was well spent fishing. He was employed as a mover the majority of his life. However, later in life he started his own delivery service. Paul was young at heart and loved to playfully tease people and make them laugh. He was a beloved husband, father, brother, son, uncle, great uncle, and friend and he will be dearly missed by all who knew him. Paul will be missed by Brandi, his beloved Border Collie, who he loved very much. Paul enjoyed spending time with the love of his life Michelle; Paul lived a wonderful life and was very proud and loved his two sons dearly.

Paul was preceded in death by his wife, Janet Denise Rose; and parents, Louis and Lucille Rose.

He is survived by sons, Jesse Wayne(Shelby) Rose and Jacob Paul Rose; stepdaughter, Jennifer Harris; brothers, Daniel Wayne (Debra) Rose and Mark Leonard (Christine) Rose; nephews: Johnny (Samantha) Toma, Louis James (Alexis) Rose; nephew and Godson, Anthony Stephen Rose; niece, Samantha Marie Rose; and his saving grace of many years, Michelle Ann Charbonneau.

A Celebration of Paul’s Life will be announced for family and close friends at a later date.

Paul will be missed by all that knew him. He was such a good man.

My deepest sympathy in the loss of Paul. I went to grade school with Paul, he was the toughest kid I knew and everyone looked up to him. He was a leader not a follower and he was always kind. I was a shy kid and I always looked up to Paul, he took crap from no one even at that young age, he stood his ground and he stood for what he believed in which at that time were mostly his friends and his family. I know he will be truly missed by everyone whose lives he touched and I am truly sorry for your sadness and for your loss...
