Lorraine Niewiadomski

May 7, 1938 - March 10, 2023

Lorraine Niewiadomski (nee: Bezek) was born May 7th, 1938 in East Chicago, IN and graduated from Bishop Noll High School in 1955. She passed away peacefully at her home with family on March 10th, 2023. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Helen Bezek, former husband Joseph, and their son Richard (Sharon).

She is survived by her seven loving children: Joseph Jr. (Autumn), Dave (Sherrie), Dennis, Maryann Carrillo (nee: Niewiadomski), John, Frank, (Katherine), Adam & twenty-two loving grandchildren.

Lorraine was a full time mother and grandmother that held a jobs as a secretary, cleaning woman, babysitter and as a school bus driver over the years. Some of her favorite hobbies included gardening, raising goats and tending the animals on her farm. She lived a life filled with love and compassion. She loved all equally while always finding time to pray for others and passing many good qualities on to those she knew. Lorraine was a gentle soul and a cherished mother that loved her family and saw the good in everyone. She and her smile will be dearly missed.

There will be a private service and celebration of life held for Lorraine’s immediate family.
