Kelly Silich

September 14, 1966 - May 30, 2021

Kelly Silich, aged 54, passed away on Sunday, May 30^th, 2021. She is survived by her loving husband, Tom; two children, Joshua (Kelly) Webber and Jaydon Silich; mother, Sheila Felinski; father, Daniel (Susan) Kapica; and two siblings, Juliet and Craig (Heather) Kapica.

Kelly was a graduate of Hobart High School, class of 1984. She was as energetic as it gets, and always the life of the party. Most of all, she always put others before herself and made everyone around her feel incredibly loved and important. This was especially true for the many, many animals she adopted and fostered over the years. Truthfully, this generosity gave her a purpose in life. Despite the many hardships experienced throughout life, her strength and positivity was spread to everyone who was blessed enough to be around her.

We hope you will join us in celebrating the life of Kelly Kapica Silich on Saturday, June 5^th. A celebratory open house and memorial will be held in her honor at her home (3820 Roche Street, Hobart, IN, 46342) starting at 2 pm. We will be honoring Kelly in the best way possible; offering up fun, food/drinks, shade, and games. The pool will be open with a bonfire at night for those that remember all the late nights on the dancefloor with Kelly.

My dearest friend Kelly from way back when. Wow, the memories I have circling in my head right now. I’m so glad we reconnected.
