Karen A. Hopper, age 74, of Lake Station, IN. formally from Three Oaks, MI passed away on Saturday, July 17, 2021.
She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Edna (Dechant) Cuma; brothers, Richard and George; sisters, Joni and Kathy; grandson, Timothy; and husband, Robert.
Karen was survived by her daughter, Diana Hinrichsen; son, Paul Smith; grandkids, Justin and Juliann; sister, Edna (Babe); and multiple nieces and nephews.
As a 911 and security dispatcher, she took great pride in her work. Working for New Chicago Police Department and the former Bethlehem Steel.
