Her daughter Jessica graduated on the same day as Ellon.

Ellon enjoyed spending time with friends and family, but the most important thing in her life was her relationship with her Savior and her family. She especially loved spending time with her family as well as reading, crocheting, traveling, and doing crafts. Mrs. Urbahns was a member of the Open Bible Church and will be remembered for her huge heart and love of others. Many people adopted her into their family and called her Mom, Granny, or Grandma Ellon.
Ellon is survived by her daughter Jessica (Doug) Hayes and grandchildren Kyle (Brittany) Taylor, Emily Taylor, and Jack Hayes. She is also survived by her brother John (Mary) Taylor, many cousins, nieces, and nephews, and extended family. When Ellon married the love of her life, Allan Urbahns, she gained 5 stepchildren.
