Edward Douglas Cronch, age 68, of Valparaiso, IN, passed away on Sunday, August 28, 2022.
He was born on August 16, 1954 to Richard and Ruth Cronch. He grew up in Washington State. Edward was an Army Veteran for 15 years and traveled all over the U.S.A. including Germany, Iraq, and Afghanistan.
He is survived by his sister, Linda (Ken) Bastasich Sr.; sister-in-law, Charlotte Cronch; brother, Mike Cronch; daughters, Christina and Ashley Cronch; and two grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his loving wife, Candie; brother, Larry; nephew, Wesley; and niece, Michelle.
Edward worked at U.S. Steel until he retired, because of his illness. He loved the Lord and his family. He was loved and will be missed. Edward was surrounded by his sister, Linda and Ken, sister-in-law, Charlotte, and good friend, Roy when he went home in peace.
A private Celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
