Roberta “Bobbie” Good, 78 of Merrillville, IN, peacefully passed away on November 26, 2022. She was born October 13, 1944 to Robert “Bob” and Margaret“ Monie” (Murphy) Bogue in Chicago, IL. They preceded her in death, as well as her son, Keith Alan Good and brother, James Bogue. .
Bobbie was a nurse, working at St. Anne’s and then St. Elizabeth’s hospitals in Chicago. Her true calling was motherhood. She raised 3 children alone and was a neighborhood mom to a host of kids from Richton Hills. She was an avid crafter, and love to crochet. She enjoyed watching daily Mass on her computer and loved her Chicago Bears. Her greatest joy were her grandchildren: Brandon, Chloe, Robert, and Katie Harris, Connor O’Callaghan, and great granddaughter, Lainey Harris.
She is survived by her daughters Kim (John) O’Callaghan and Jenny (Bob) Harris, her grand and great grand children, many cousins, nieces and nephews, and life long friends.
Cremation rites have been accorded, funeral Mass at a later date. Memorials may be made to the family.
