| Barbara Jean Wontorski (91) lived a happy life and a long life, nearly all of it in Lake County Indiana. She has been a resident of Lowell Indiana for nearly 30 years, she has lived with her grandson Jeremy, wife Kelley and granddaughter Kailey for the past 23 years. Part of her retirement she has been able to travel much of the country and visit places and family and is grateful for all of the time that she had to spend with family. She is preceded in death by her husband John Wontorski, Sr of Wausaukee, WI, mother Vera Mae, father Rube Valandingham, brothers Robert, David, Butch, Chuck, Donald, and sister Marcella. She is survived by all of her children, Raymond, Richard, John Jr., Debra, Mary and Joseph; her brother, Ken; and sisters, Rosemary and Audrey. She has lots of grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, several great-great grandchildren and lots of nieces and nephews, near and far. As per Barbara’s wishes, she wants her family to know that she loved you all and she wants you to have good memories, celebrate her life with each other when you can and that she is in the afterlife having a good time with all those that have passed before her. Also at Barbara’s request, she will be cremated and no funeral service will occur. |
